Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping within India for orders over Rs.1,499/-.

We currently don't sell or ship products outside India.

We ship only on weekdays except on Public holidays. Orders are generally dispatched within 2-3 working days. Our furnitures have a waiting period, which is mentioned on the product page. Most orders are delivered within 3-7 working days after shipping depending on your location.

If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please call our customer care immediately at +91-9176030589 or email us at sales@samsaratrc.com mentioning your Order ID.

When the product is dispatched for delivery we will notify you of the same. Once the product has left our warehouse, Samsara will not be held responsible in cases of delayed deliveries caused due to any unforeseen circumstances faced by our courier partners. In case of such delays, you can get in touch with us and we will do our best to get you your product at the earliest.
