Shipping and Returns

1. Shipping Policy

We currently don't sell or ship products outside India. 

We ship only on weekdays except on Public holidays. Orders are generally dispatched within 2-3 business days. Our furniture have a waiting period, which is mentioned on the product page. Our samples boxes are usually shipped in 2-3 business days.


Most orders are delivered within 3-7 working days after shipping depending on your location. 

If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please call our customer care immediately at +91-9176030589 or email us at mentioning your Order ID.

When the product is dispatched for delivery we will notify you of the same. Once the product has left our warehouse, Samsara will not be held responsible in cases of delayed deliveries caused due to any unforeseen circumstances faced by our courier partners. In case of such delays, you can get in touch with us and we will do our best to get you your product at the earliest.

2. Returns Policy

As we use recycled plastics, there may be a slight variation in terms of color and texture resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. We DO NOT accept exchange/return if the product varies slightly in terms of design or color. All our products go through quality control before shipping.​

We don't accept returns in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or outdated address.

  • Package refused by the recipient.

  • Products returned are found to be used or in a damaged condition.

  • Minor color and design variation.


Return or Exchange will ONLY be accepted if your order was damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product, we urge you to inform us within 3 days of receiving it.


Steps to initiate an Exchange or Return:

  • Notify us with an image of the product as received, to within 3 days of receiving it.

  • After analyzing the issue, our team will send you a confirmation mail with the approval for the return.

  • We will arrange for return on a mutually convenient method.

  • Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging.
