Located in Guindy, this R&D facility and office space was designed for a forward-thinking, new-age company with collaboration at its core. The layout prioritizes flexibility, featuring multiple breakout zones that encourage interaction among smaller teams while maintaining a clear flow between workspaces.

A monolithic cement-finish wall defines the spatial experience — acting as a subtle threshold between the public and private areas of the office. This element not only grounds the space but also brings material honesty and texture into the interior palette.

Every piece of furniture was custom-designed to reflect the client’s desire for a space that felt unique and intentional — far from the typical, off-the-shelf office environment. The lighting too was conceived as more than function — a sculptural installation that weaves through the workspace, visually connecting different zones and reinforcing the idea of movement, continuity, and shared energy.
