Imagined as a home for a young, modern family, this model apartment was designed to reflect a way of living that is both aspirational and grounded in simplicity. The brief called for a space that felt warm and contemporary — a compact 3BHK that didn’t compromise on character or comfort.

From the outset, the design was guided by a desire to create clarity — in layout, in material, and in mood. Clean lines define the space, while a neutral base of lime-plastered walls and rich wood finishes offer a sense of calm and permanence. These elements form a tactile backdrop, quietly anchoring the home.

The story of the apartment unfolds through contrast: pops of bold, playful colour introduced through soft furnishings and art bring life into the space, adding warmth without visual noise.
